CEMIO currently operates strictly as a local B2B enterprise network. Our infrastructure, technical support, and deployment are exclusively available within the municipal limits of Rahim Yar Khan (Tehsil). National or global operations are not supported.
Single Shop Policy
One account license covers exactly one physical branch. Attempting to funnel data from multiple restaurants through a single account is considered fraudulent. Such actions will result in immediate system bans, heavy fines, and permanent blacklisting.
Zero-Credit Billing
We operate on a strict no-credit system. Monthly dues must be cleared precisely on the billing date. Late payments incur a fixed financial penalty. To maintain ethical standards, this penalty is categorized as a fine, not interest, and is donated to charitable causes.
Automated Suspension
Failure to pay on time results in an automated backend block on the exact deadline. While your public storefront remains visible, order processing will halt. Any active business days lost due to delayed payments are the sole responsibility of the client.
Data Masking & Privacy
To protect customer privacy, restaurant dashboards heavily restrict contact visibility based on staff roles. Complete customer phone numbers and historical visit stats are masked from standard staff and are only accessible via secure Owner login.
Custom UI Ownership
Our standard frontend is free. A custom-designed UI requires a 3,000 PKR setup fee and a 2,000 PKR annual maintenance fee. While the custom frontend code belongs to you, the backend logic, active servers, and subdomains remain CEMIO's property.
Strictly Halal Operations
CEMIO strictly prohibits the listing, sale, or promotion of Haram (forbidden) or illegal items. We only empower Halal commerce. Listing prohibited items will trigger an immediate, unappealable account termination without liability on our end.
IP Protection
Clients are strictly prohibited from copying, cloning, or distributing the CEMIO Admin Panel or backend infrastructure. Unauthorized replication of our proprietary technology will result in immediate contract termination.
Fair Business Freedom
As long as subscription dues are paid and IP rules are respected, we champion your growth. Clients are fully authorized and encouraged to operate multiple independent websites or diverse businesses alongside the CEMIO platform.
Account Security
Safeguarding dashboard credentials is the client's duty. If data is lost, altered, or breached due to a client sharing passwords or internal mismanagement, CEMIO holds zero liability. We are only liable for backend server faults.
Menu Update Protocol
To guarantee zero-latency performance, frontend syncing is cached. However, pricing and product availability are fully dynamic and tied to your cloud database. Owners can request instant menu updates or product disabling directly through the administrative channels.
Glitch Compensation Guarantee
System maintenance is pre-scheduled strictly during off-hours (nighttime) with prior notice. While we are not liable if you operate during these announced windows, we stand by our code. In the rare event of a CEMIO backend failure or technical glitch during your active hours, we take full responsibility and will completely compensate your operational losses. We own our systems, and we own our mistakes.
